Quick help

These four answers solve most of the messages we receive:

Download not starting? Make sure the account is public and the link was copied in full, then try again.
Reel shows a music error? Reels with licensed songs are locked by Instagram and cannot be saved by outside tools yet.
Want Stories? Story downloads are not available at the moment. We will announce it on the homepage when they are.
Link expired? Download buttons work for about an hour. Paste the post link again to get fresh ones.
